Challenge: The client’s arcade game machines faced risks of high-frequency use, coin theft, and malicious tampering with game parameters. They needed extremely robust, tamper-proof locks to secure coin mechanism doors and control panels for adjusting game settings, ensuring revenue security and game fairness. The locks also had to be cost-effective to match mass production requirements.
Our Solution: We provided a complete locking package, including high-security cam locks, key switch locks with protective housings, and one-time-use anti-tamper seal strips. For coin mechanism protection, we designed cam locks with anti-drill pins and complex key patterns. The key switch locks ensured only authorized technicians could access control panels while allowing staff to power machines on/off quickly. We optimized production processes to balance strength and cost-effectiveness, supporting the client’s annual demand of 200,000 units. All locks offered multiple finish options to match the aesthetic design of different game machine series.
