Challenge: The client required high-reliability locks for their outdoor intelligent distribution cabinets to withstand harsh weather, prevent unauthorized tampering or vandalism, and meet large-scale annual procurement and just-in-time installation needs. They sought a one-stop supplier capable of providing standardized, corrosion-resistant locks with efficient key management.

Our Solution: We were appointed as the core locking partner, primarily supplying cam locks, quarter-turn locks, and specialized cabinet locks. All products feature stainless steel bodies with special anti-salt-spray coatings to adapt to coastal and variable climates. We developed a customized key management system, allowing the client to implement hierarchical key levels based on regions and maintenance teams for efficient physical access control. To meet the annual demand of 300,000 units, we dedicated exclusive production lines and implemented a batch tracking system to ensure full traceability from raw materials to finished products.
