Guangzhou Jiekai Hardware Co., Ltd., a core member of the Supreme Glory Team, is actively engaged in Alibaba’s Year-End Championship, running from November 15th to January 30th. As a specialist manufacturer of cabinet locks, handles, hinges, toggles, and sealing rubbers, we have structured our sales force into two focused squads—KingTeam and SurgeTeam—to drive toward a shared goal of 8 million RMB in sales. This internal team dynamic fosters healthy competition while strengthening our collective effort in the competitive hardware market.
Guided by General Manager Tina Huang, the overall target has been thoughtfully broken down into achievable weekly milestones. Regular Monday meetings ensure the team stays aligned and accountable. Through one-on-one discussions, Tina helps each salesperson set clear, realistic targets, supported by a transparent incentive scheme that rewards achievement and encourages consistent performance.
This structured yet supportive approach is already yielding impressive outcomes. Four team members have earned the “Million Dollar Hero” distinction: Deputy General Manager Li Xiaofei reached this milestone in 22 days, followed closely by Feng Mulan in 24 days and Li Linxiang in 29 days. Taylor Zhang from our export team also joined this elite group on day 33, closing a single high-value order of nearly 600,000 RMB for our cabinet locks and related hardware—a testament to both her skill and the competitive quality of our products.
True to our company-wide ethos, this campaign extends well beyond the sales department. While our commercial team leads the effort, colleagues in Quality Control, R&D, and Logistics provide essential behind-the-scenes support, ensuring that every order is delivered with precision and reliability. To maintain motivation across all staff, Tina has introduced regular morale-boosting activities, including the popular weekly Golden Egg Bonanza and Lucky Red Envelope Draw. Additionally, sales team members who attain at least 80% of their individual and squad targets will become eligible for a special Singapore incentive trip—an inspiring reward that reflects our commitment to recognizing hard work and results.
